The article is posted to “Booksellers Blog: Online marketing and blogging discussion for independent bookstores“, which appears to be loaded with great information. My only problem with this sort of thing is that, as a bookseller, I never had time to think about these things. The folks I know that do think about these things (whether or not they have the time) have excellent websites and fantastic bookstores.
